Welldone Mechanical Services Inc. is a family-owned company that has been serving Regina and Saskatoon for the last 59 years, and we are growing! As a result, we are currently recruiting a skilled and licensed HVAC technician to join our team in Regina.

The successful candidate will be interested in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipment. The ideal candidate should have extensive technical experience, a strong commitment to customer service and safety, and excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for a technician to perform HVAC and service work.

·      Troubleshooting issues with all residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.

·      Installing or retrofitting equipment as per specifications, customer requests, blueprints, or the current building/plumbing codes.

·      Ensuring customer satisfaction by inspecting product quality and installation to guarantee conformance.

·      Documenting service and installation actions by completing work orders, reports, logs, and records.

·      Creating a positive relationship with customers by demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, and ensure customer satisfaction.

·      Maintaining company vehicles to neat, clean, and safe standards.

·      Providing excellent account servicing, including analyzing work orders, investigating complaints, identifying solutions, conducting testing, and resolving issues for both new and existing accounts professionally.

·      Stay current on industry developments and technologies through continuous training.

·      Undertake additional tasks as assigned.

·      A minimum of a high school diploma or Grade 12 equivalent.

·      Certification as a journeyperson would be an asset.

·      In-depth understanding of local plumbing codes and regulations.

·      Willingness to adhere to the company's uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

·      Proficiency in working across diverse environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

·      Strong problem-solving abilities mixed with effective communication skills.

·      Possession of a valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.

·      Capability to work independently in a dynamic and demanding environment.

·      Experience with routine maintenance operations.

·      Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

·      Displays meticulous attention to detail.

·      Ability to engage with individuals sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
